01 / THE CHALLENGE

Small team. Less reinventing the wheel.

Website updates and email production consumed too much of a small team's time. The challenge was improving the experience while making future work easier to deliver.

02 / THE DECISIONS

Build a site the team can actually update.

I redesigned and rebuilt the marketing website in Framer with reusable components and responsive sections. Platform costs fell from approximately $400 to $70 per month.

Turn email into a system.

I created reusable components in Figma, Beefree, and Customer.io, reducing the typical email-production timeline from approximately one week to one day. The team could build the next email without starting from scratch.

Use motion with a job to do.

Selective Rive animations helped priority offer cards stand out. Initial click-through improvements led leadership to project approximately $150K in annual profit if the lift continued; that figure was a projection, not realized revenue.

03 / OUTCOME & LEARNING

What came out of it.

The team had a website it could update, an email system that cut typical production time, and motion patterns for priority offers. For me, the value was in making the next piece of work easier as well as improving what was already there.
